How do I get music onto the headphones?
Every order includes a free USB-C adapter. Plug the E8 Pro into your computer or your phone with it and the headphones show up as a normal storage drive — just drag and drop your MP3, WAV, FLAC or AAC files across and you're done. We're also publishing a step-by-step transfer guide on our blog, including where to download free, legal music to get you started.
Can I use Spotify or Apple Music underwater?
On land, yes — the E8 Pro pairs over Bluetooth 6.0 like any headphones, so you can stream from your phone or watch as normal. Underwater, Bluetooth radio signals can't travel through water, so streaming isn't possible on any headphones. Instead, download your songs first, transfer them to the E8 Pro's 32GB storage with the included USB-C adapter, and switch to MP3 mode at the pool.
Does it work with a swim cap and earplugs?
Yes — and better with both. A cap holds the transducers snug against the cheekbone and earplugs block water noise, which makes bone-conducted sound noticeably clearer.
Is it safe in salt water and chlorine?
The E8 Pro is fully sealed to IPX8 and rated for 2 m for up to 2 hours. Rinse it in fresh water after ocean swims to keep the coating and contacts clean.
